At "Your Asiatic Idea", we strive to provide transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your stay or experience. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Confirmation Policy

All reservations are considered tentative until a confirmation email is issued by "Your Asiatic Idea". To secure a booking, a valid payment method must be provided at the time of reservation.

  • Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required for stays of 3 nights or more.
  • Full Payment: For stays of less than 3 nights, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation Timeline: You will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and receipt within 24 hours of successful payment processing.

Cancellation Rules

Standard Cancellation Timeline

30+ Days Prior

Full refund of deposit, minus a ฿2,000 administrative processing fee.

14-29 Days Prior

50% refund of the total booking value. The remaining balance may be applied as credit.

0-13 Days Prior

Non-refundable. 100% of the booking value is charged as a cancellation fee.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of documented medical emergencies or official travel restrictions affecting your ability to reach our destination, please contact our concierge team immediately.

Refund Eligibility

Refundable Items

  • Accommodation charges (subject to timeline)
  • Security deposits (fully refundable upon inspection)
  • Pre-booked dining experiences (cancelled 48h prior)
  • Spa treatments (cancelled 24h prior)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Booking processing fees and credit card surcharges
  • Third-party excursion tickets purchased on your behalf
  • Customized special arrangements (flowers, private chefs)
  • Promotional or discounted non-refundable rates

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Event Cancellation Rules

Private Events & Weddings

For large scale events involving exclusive use of venues or multiple room blocks, specific contracts apply.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, "Your Asiatic Idea" will provide an alternative indoor venue of equal standard. Refunds are not issued for weather-related venue changes.

Rescheduling

One-time rescheduling is permitted up to 45 days prior to the event date, subject to availability and seasonal rate differences.
